Not running NAND FLASH with STM32H70VB

Why I do not get all user label defines in main.h ? I got them only for timers, but non of GPIO. Note - this is for STM32H7, dual core. None of the cores get them. Most of the pins are set as reserved for M7 core.

I am getting a few Exclamation mark by items now that I am finished configuring, all my pins are green. Most of items I am using have a check mark by them, my UART1 has a Exclamation mark and say "Partly disabled conflict with I2C3 I2C I2C"

Can I send and receive data directly using HAL ETH functions without enabling LWIP? If yes, can anyone provide a sample code for the same? What software can I use to check the data transmission and reception ?

I am using NUCLEO-H743ZI2 and STM32CubeMX embedded firmware v1.5.0 .
