I use STcubeprogram to load the program into STM32WB55CGU6 USB DONGLE and error.

Currently I plug it into my computer and the computer no longer recognizes it "device descriptor request failed (error43)" in both mode options 0 and 1. I want to set it to factory default so I can connect. be with the computer.Please help me!
