STM32G474 Hall sensor

Hello, I have been using the evaluation board STEVAL SPIN3202 and a bldc motor. the board connects to the motor control workbench but as soon as i push the button "start motor" the board disconnects .

and I have an error " communication is closed, the board does not work correctly" . what should I do to solve this problem? I have checked the power supply and I tried to reflash the board but always the same problem. Thank you , Mohamed
