Can MCSDK accuracy ±1RPM?

My BLDC have Quadrature encoder. When I use MCSDK , I got RPM only multiples of 6, so it let motor control Steady-state error so big. How can I do that MCSDK get value can  accuracy ±1RPM?My board :STM32F407.​
