Why have I "Error: Speed feedback" after run?

I use Schematic diagram of "EVSPIN32F0251S1" in my design with Hall Sensor and I use all its configuration for my board :

and I used a below BLDC motor :

power:300W

current:10.5A

voltage :36V

speed:3000 RPM

but I do not have any move in my motor

and output phase U and V is:I have no Ls and Rs and B_emf about my motor
