STM32H747i-DISCO embedded STLINK-V3E can't be found by computer.

I have installed the drivers of STLink -v3 and Virtual COM. After connecting the computer with a type-a to micro-b usb cube, it can't be found by the computer.

I design a board with two STM32, Can I provide a clock from the "master" MCU to the "slave"MCU. I connect the master MCO1 pin to the slave OSC_IN pin ? Can the master reset the slave with NRST pin?
