How can I get the firmware source code for the IDP004V1 and IDP003V1 (downloaded from st.com) to build in STM32CubeIDE?

I tried 3 different import options, but STM32CubeIDE disables the build icon, and there is no .project file. It appears that the firmware was created in a different development environment, but all the documentation says nothing about it.

i checked databook , but couldn't find out the maximum value of HAL_VTimerGetCurrentTime_sysT32();if it's maximum value is max value of uint32_t? (i.e. 4294967295)besides, how to restart the virtual timer?
