reading flash memory

Hi, with stm32cubeprogrammer i've read flash memory, but when i want to program the micro with the file that i've read, it says that "core is locked up". what should i do to solve this problem?

STM32CubeProgrammer 1.2.1 doesn't start

Since updating to V1.2.1 the program will no longer start. I see the initial splash screen but then nothing. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get it working?
