Can i use STGAP2SICSA for silicon MOSFET

Can i use STGAP2SICSA gate driver  for silicon MOSFET  or can you suggest me AEQ qualified high side smart gate driver with has short circuit current protection with inbuilt charge pump to drive high side MOSFET.
