Hello, What is the max load I can put on STEVAL-ISC005V1? I mean, I try to load 100W on PD03, setup to 20V/5A, with an electronic load but something burn on the evaluation board, I thing I make something wrong. Could somebody help me with this topic?

The data sheet for the SCR BTW67-1000 is not clear as to which pin is the gate. The diagram shows a pin to be parallel to the centre line of the mounting holes but on the device there is no pin as such. Is the smaller pin with a smaller hole the gate? A
