ST official MSDS for M4T28-BR12SH1 (BR1225 inside)

DELTA tw asking MSDS report for M4T28-BR12SH1 in chinese language. we got Panasonic report but no any evidence that their BR1225 is linked to our ST P/N. How we can guarantee ST PN corrispond to Panasonic MSDS?

STUSB4500 - SCL and SDA really pulled low when none of VDD or VSYS is present?

According to the datasheet, this is what would happen if no VDD or VSYS is present. This seems like odd behaviour for an open drain output. This also does no correspond to what I'm measuring on the board. Any insights?

How to find ΔVcboot of STGIPQ4C60T-HZ according to AN4840 which doesn't specifies where can be found some values for example. Vrds(on), Vgemin .

STUSB4500 (not the lite version) - VBUS_EN_SNK does not pull low. VBUS CTRL register shows it's read only - so how to ensure it pulls low so i can switch power to my system?
