LED2000DR exploding
Hi,I am having some issues with a LED2000DR, when connecting to a 12V battery 1/10 times one of the drivers just explodes, and starts to smoke, what is going wrong? Battery is supplying 12V (UL7-12), see the schematic attached.

Resolved! Inconsistent framework for the same part in different year.If this is normal?
The part number is std120n4f6. The framework of DC 2045 is inconsistent with those DC after 2101.I want to know if there is a PCN about this problem during 2045 and 2101.

3D STP model is need to run thermal simulation. Detailed POA is embedded in the datasheet. Package DFN4 1x1mm.
On Application Note AN5114 Controlling a Triac with a phototriac, at page 6/27, Section 2.4, it is mentioned that adding RGK is to reduce spurious triggering of power Triac at high temperature. Is there a chart plotting chance of occurrence vs temperature
