Interrupt does not work when given 3.0v

I have given the 3.0v in the devices from the Power analyzer. But when I gave the interrupt that time the interrupt is not working and the device is restarted.what is the voltage given to the interrupt activated in the RAK1372?

BTA41-800 with smaller crystal size - is it counterfeit? have anyone seen such, is there any way to distinguish if it is the counterfeit part or no?

In one of our boards, we use BTA41-800 triac. Few boards malfunctioned and I opened the package of some burned triacs and normal triac in order to compare - and noticed that all burned triacs have smaller chip than in "nornal" one. Is it counterfeit?
