Spice Model for STW15NK

Hi,I tried to use the spice model for the STW15NK (.subckt) but it dosn't work with LTspice.I imported the .subckt with LTspice without any error.But the FET don't torn on/off with the input signal on Gate.Any known issues?thanks,Martin
