Like to know the complete Partnumber of an SO8 ST Chip
On a SO-8 chip, which has STmicroelectronics as the manufacturer, type "221" is stamped, but I'm unsure what the complete Partnumber is. Position in picture = "U7" It is used in a Tumbledryer.Can someone assist ? Thanks in advance !
