STEVAL-ISC004V1 why add D0? Can work at 48V?

HelloWe have buy a STEVAL-ISC004V1 the doc do not say the maximum voltage but by analizing the shematic i watch only the ST1S14PHR receive Vin then i think he can accepte 48VBut i have connect it to a 45V and i see D0 burn But no D0 on your shematic...
