Is it necessary to execute the flash controller instruction BTU of the ST10F269 out of internal flash or it can be executed from RAM or external memory.
Resolved! Looking for data sheet or equivalent part # for a diode. There are three lines of characters etched on the diode. First line is the "ST" logo followed by a "G", second line is "2150" and the third line which is believed to be the part # "GP126"
The diode is used in a boot strap circuit. Thanks
