It changes 32.768k to 0.03277 when Change the clock source of i2c4。I didn't modify it

So you didn't describe very well the issue from the beginning.

As I understood, in CubeMx, you set LSE clock to 32.768Hz. When you enable I2C4, an issue appears on LSE clock. Is that what you are facing as a problem? please be more specific and clear with your descriptions, what is the H7 part number? is that possible to share the ioc file?
