I am currently looking at the STB57N65M5 Power MOSFET. The max junction temperature is 150 degrees Celsius. Is there a way to correlate the junction temperature to that of the outer housing?

We can assume that it is surrounded by room temperature air.

We are using LM324N AND LM358N DIP package last 10 years. it is most suitable for our application. Nowadays, Those ICs are not available in the market and in your e-store list.

Kindly share the availability and sales office details.  Suppose you stopped the above product kindly recommend the equivalent product for the above part numbers

The minimum current value that can be measured with X-NUCLEO-IKA01A1 is given as 0.1 A in the datasheet. If I change the opam resistance, will I be left with harmonics?
