What is 3.3V Vref in this circuit design of A6986? Do I need to supply 3.3V to this pin?

https://eds.st.com/dcdc/I want 9-30V to 8V and I don't have any 3.3V voltage in my circuit. Is it okay if I don't connect anything here?
