component identification Z30B

Dear Community,
Could you help me with component identification?
If I'm not mistaken on top of component is written Z30B, please find attached. The casing is most likely SOD-106. I'm guessing it might be a Zener diode but I could be wrong.
Is there any chance to get datasheet or replacement component if discontinued?

Given there's perhaps 20K parts between Mouser and DigiKey, probably has higher current availability than STM32 parts..
