hello! i'm trying to find a way to read/write the st10f272 but i struggle to find a programmer which will do this tipe of mcu. any suggestion will be very welcome.

The OMNIFET III fully protected low-side driver VNL5050S5-E is "automotive qualified" according the corresponding data sheet. Which deviation or limitation according to a "AEC-Q100 qualified" is present in this OMNIFET variant.

Hint: VNL5090S5 is "AEC-Q100 qualified".

Resolved! Our latest PCB uses FERD40U45CT (Diode) but I have been notified that this is now obsolete. How long will this product be avalable? Do I need to urgently change my design or do I have plenty of time left for FERD40U45CT. I very much like this diode.

FERD40U45CTTwin diode with very low voltage drop and has a small PCB foorprint.
