Hi,
We are facing a issue to connect the ST link with our hardware setup ,,,, in today morning this is working fine but in afternoon facing the error in connection with the STlink debugger found error " Error: No STM32 Target found! If your product embeds Debug Authentication, please perform a discovery using debug Authentication."
Target voltage showing :- 0 or sometimes 0.22v (after refreshing)
Please suggest.

Hi,
0V from target: check voltage with dmm at your target, maybe it is really low.
You have any other target board, to check the st-link is working ok ?

Try to switch to Power down Mode in ST Link Configuration.

One more thing that this issue came after downgrade the firmware.
The MCU used STM32WB55RGV6.
Please suggest.

It was working before. 2 numbers boards down due to this issue.
