Hi, for several days now I have been trying to display a variable in "Snapshot acquisition mode" in STM Studio. The document CD00291015.pdf talks about this mode on page 21, talking about the "softTrace" subdirectory and the DataAcq.c and DataAcq.h files

Hi, Is it possible to have any mathematical dependencies, even approximate, between EEPROM FIT values and supply voltage? Thank you.

This might be a very basic question: EEPROM FIT values are based on standard single value of Ea = 0.7 eV. Is it irrelevant to supply voltage? I mean using lower supply for wide range device might reduce FIT values. Are any mathematical dependencies, ...

Hi, Does FIT of 2.4@90% 55°C/ ea=0.7 applies to higher reliability EEPROMs M24512-DRD3TP and M93C56-RDW3TP or they have has different FIT? Thank you!

Hi, I just got an answer for reliability of general parts EEPROMs M24512-DRD and M93C56-RDW. Thank you! Does 2.4@90% 55°C/ ea=0.7 applies to both _3TP and _6TP of M24512-DRD and M93C56-RDW, or M24512-DRD3TP and M93C56-RDW3TP has different FIT?

STM704 battery switchover vs UL60950

Hello,We are using two components with unique coin cell backup. The first one is a RTC M41T93SMY6. For this one, I could find AN1011 that states that we don't need external diode and resistor to meet UL60950, it is built in the chip. The second one i...
