STG3692 Supply Voltage

Hi, I wonder if the analog switch STG3692 can be used with +5V. I have concerns because recommended voltage value is +4.3V in the datasheet while absolute maximum is +5.5V, is there any risks about thermal conditions at that level? What do you sugges...

Resolved! Diode Zener

Hi, Im trying to track down a couple of diodes to repair a card.  The markings are  EV Z551 It also has the ST logo on it, surface mount..  Anyone know where I can obtain some.. Cheers Kev

Resolved! EEPROM data corruption by power cut off

I use M24C64-R eeprom. If power is cut off during its write cycle, the data in writing address will become corrupted. In the other hands, will the data out of writing address be kept or become corrupted too?
