Resolved! Looking for data sheet or equivalent part # for a diode. There are three lines of characters etched on the diode. First line is the "ST" logo followed by a "G", second line is "2150" and the third line which is believed to be the part # "GP126"
The diode is used in a boot strap circuit. Thanks
