I am trying to find information about the power MOSFET STP20NM60FD. Does this MOSFET fall under the category of Super-Junction MOSFET?

The datasheet of this MOSFET (STP20NM60FD) mentioned that it is based on FDMesh technology. I would like to know more about FDMesh technology. Further, Does this MOSFET fall under the category of Super-Junction MOSFET?
