Howto flash my board with a STM32L151CBU6 using STM32CubeProgrammer and a STLINK/V2 (B 2016 25) dongle?

I installed STM32CubeProgrammer and connected my STLINK/V2 (B 2016 25) to my target board which uses an STM32L151CBU6 and tried to flash my code. I get the following result:

11:20:25:156 : STLinkUSBDriver.dll loaded

I can flash the board with the STM32 ST-LINK Utility without problems.

What could be wrong?
