Blue Pill doesn't have a JTAG port so use the same USB to serial convertor you used with Arduino. In fact you may prefer to use STM32duino as you'll be familiar with the whole environment. I always use that for Blue Pill and CubeIDE for higher performance processors.

Hi all, how are you?. I'm wondering if there is a way to configure STM32Cube IDE to program the bluepill through usb using the bootloader, I'm not sure but I think that would be similar to program any of the nucleo boards (I don't have a nucleo board so I don't know).
