Error in the STM32F745 datasheet

Hello,

I found a error in the STM32F745 datasheet (DocID027590 Rev 4).

In table 24 on page 222 a pitch of 0.5 mm is given for the UFBGA176 - 10 � 10 mm package.

In table 120 on page 216 and 217 a pitch of 0.65 mm is given for the UFBGA 176+25, 10 � 10 package.

Which value is correct? Can this be updated in the datasheet?

The correct value is pitch of 0.65 mm for UFBGA 176+25, 10 × 10 package.

Thanks for bringing this typo to our attention. I will raise this internally for update in the coming release of datasheet.
