Hello,

I am using the STM32H743ZI Nucleo board.

Suddenly The Red LED (Over current LED) is glowing in my Microcontroller. I have checked all the connections properly, and there is no short circuit.

Because of this I can't able to load the Program in it It is showing a Target Not Found Error.

STMicroelectronics ST-LINK GDB server. Version 7.7.0

Starting server with the following options:

Persistent Mode: Disabled

Logging Level: 1

Listen Port Number: 61235

Status Refresh Delay: 15s

Verbose Mode: Disabled

SWD Debug: Enabled

InitWhile: Enabled

Target no device found

Error in initializing ST-LINK device.

Reason: No device found on target."

When I Checked the Data Sheet. it is written that if the board power consumption in the USB Exceeds 500 mA Then the LED will glow it seems.

I have been powering with my laptop till this morning it was working fine. May I know what is the cause?

Thank you

Hello @Ramachandran1992 ,

Maybe you have a wrong power mode setting. Did you change SMPS/LDO settings?

Check with this article the steps on how to recover from such situation :
