Hello!I am working with the dual core stm32h745 nucleo board, currently on the M4 core.here are the defenitions in cubeMX: the defenition is for a recieve only master which belongs to the m4 cortex. while trying to use HAL_SPI_Receive_IT() or HAL_SPI_Receive() i am not able to get HAL_OK status. the board isnt connected to any other hardware and i am trying to see that i am ok on my side.my actions are pretty straight fowards, could you please advise on what i might be doing wrong and what can create such a problem ?thank you!

I tried everything but keep on running on the same issue:In the reference manual it describe the DMA for the I2S, so I'm quite sure it is possible to enable it.Please help me.

According to the RM, I think that it is possible to use multiple analog functions on a single pin. Can we do the same with digital pins? What I would need is to put a timer channel (as input) and an external interrupt input on the same pin.

I'm working on a project using touchGfx and expected to be running on a WB55 processor (this is not important, except for that there is no WB55 based existing demo for touchGfx). So i used STM32MX to configure some basic items, amongst which the fact i'm using Touchgfx. Then i went into TouchGfx Designer to design the UI interface and flow. The code compile and works perfectly as long as i was building for the simulator. Now that i"m happy with the result in the simulator, next step is to compile and run for the hardware target based on WB55. I know i'll soon or later have to write some low level code for instance for the LCD display and the TouchScreen, but i wanted to already get a first compile ( even not working or even with some errors) from STM32IDE. So i went into STM32MX and generate code (again, just in case). Then i launch STM32IDE, import the project. I can see all the files (core, drivers, middleware, touchGfx) and inside TouchGfx i see all the files i wrote that are running

I see 2 types of drivers. one are under ll , e.g., "stm32wbxx_hal_exti"and one under hal e.g., "stm32wbxx_ll_exti"Why are there two types for each? Can EXTI C2EMR2 be configured via the hal drivers and not the ll drivers?

I use STM32H7xx_DFP in last version 2.8.0 and in Keil uVision. There is shown some wrong addresses on the CRC registries. So I repaired it in svd file and generate new SFR file for STM32H753. If you need repair CRC view, I can send the sfr file to the email.

Hi,I my project I need to toggle a gpio pin at 200MHz or more than this.Which STM32 controller is peferable.please any one help me.thanks and regards

Hello everyone,I have in my possession a X-NUCLEO-BNRG2A1, in order to get familiar with BlueNRG_M2SP. At BlueNRG_M2 datasheet, on page 12, there are described for different "modes", where the functions of module pins are changed depending on the chosen "mode" (000,001, 010 and 100) . However , I couldn't how to choose each "mode"Does anyone has any experience on the subject ? Do I have to send a command to BlueNRG_M2SP , or is the mode chosen by the module loaded firmware ?Thank you in advance

Currently working with a STM32F103 MCU for a power metering application. In order to have a programmable time shift between sampling voltage & current , i decided to use a PWM signal from the Timer to clock the ADCs.I wanted to kick the ADC1 at the rising edge & the ADC2 at the falling edge. The CubeMX doesn't show this feature in the TRGO , i checked out the code & it's preconfigured to rising edge ..Is that a limitation in the ADC of this family ? Or do i need to do something before it will appear in the configuration.Regards,Mohammed

Hi there,We are working with the ST245RU3993 and have the EVAL board working correctly with the provided GUI.We now want to control the ST25RU3993 via SPI with a ARM MCU. This ARM MCU will operate independently, as sketched in "Device side usage" in the STUHFL User Manual (see attached file). Is there any guideline to follow on how to achieve this setup? Or any indications, hints or tips? So, our aim is to have an independent MCU that controls the ST25RU3993 to read/write to the tags in range. Thanks in advance,Max Serra

Hi, I'm very disappointed using STM32CubeIDE v 1.7.0When I go into "Debug" there are no ways to see the variables, both tabs Live Expression and Expression.I would like debug my project (fp_cld-azure with several custom source adds ) but I'n not able to make it, because I can't see the variables values, even if the variable is global!Could you help me, please! Many thanksAbele

As the title, the file TouchGFXGeneratedHAL.cpp has some strange content, CubeMX version 6.30, TouchGXF version 4.18.Is there any solution?

When i try to edit the content of this two months old question of mine i get this error without changing its contentError while parsing Rich Text Content: Unsupported HTML tag or attribute encountered - data-fileid

I am using cubeIDE 1.5.0 with STM32F103RBTI configured 2 injected channels, triggered by Tim1 trigger out event in the device configuration tool. After thatcode generation for Initializing ADC injected group (call to function LL_ADC_INJ_Init) is completely missing andSequencer Rank configuration contains calls function LL_ADC_INJ_SetSequencerRanks with LL_ADC_REG_RANK_x instead of LL_ADC_INJ_RANK_xWorkaround (added to USER CODE BEGIN ADC1_Init 2): //Cube IDE does not generate code for ADC INJ Mode initialization.  //SequencerLength setting must be done !!BEFORE!! LL_ADC_INJ_SetSequencerRanks LL_ADC_INJ_InitTypeDef init_inj; LL_ADC_INJ_StructInit(&init_inj); init_inj.SequencerLength = LL_ADC_INJ_SEQ_SCAN_ENABLE_2RANKS; init_inj.TriggerSource = LL_ADC_INJ_TRIG_EXT_TIM1_TRGO; init_inj.TrigAuto = LL_ADC_INJ_TRIG_INDEPENDENT; init_inj.SequencerDiscont = LL_ADC_INJ_SEQ_DISCONT_DISABLE; LL_ADC_INJ_Init(ADC1,&init_inj); //Re-initialize

Hello, peterAnother question, about BOOT, I find that PA14-BOOT0, but if this MCU has 3 BOOT modes, it need 2 IOs to control, but I can't find the second IO, how can I set the BOOT mode? Or to debug, download firmware?Regards,Marvin

I am trying to use the HAL_SAI_Receive() function from the STMF767xx SAI drivers to receive some data from a device and I would like to know what does the 'Size' parameter actually represent. My scenario is as follows:1.) The SAI operates in slave mode2.) data size in a slot is 8 bits3.) FS active length (on time of the FS pulse) is 32 bits4.) Each 4 slots per FS pulseIn the above scenario, would the 'Size' parameter be ? would it be equal to : (a.)The data size per slot? or would it be (or)(b.)number of slots*data size per slot? (or)(c.) something else?

I have migrated code from stm32f4 to stm32g0 suscesfully in almost all my aplication. However there is a part of code that rise a hard fault error. This is the code:crc_received = *((uint32_t*)&e22_uart_rx_buffer[(uint16_t)(e22_uart_rx_buffer_length - 4)]);This is the assembler compiled:113 crc_received = *((uint32_t*)&e22_uart_rx_buffer[(uint16_t)(e22_uart_rx_buffer_length - 4)]); 08003c6a: uxth r3, r1 08003c6c: ldr r3, [r5, r3] 08003c6e: uxtb r1, r1 08003c70: movs r0, #0 08003c72: str r3, [r7, #0]The error rise after execute: ldr r3, [r5, r3]And this is the fault analizer viewer from stm32cube ide:The Register content is this one: I can't realize where is the trouble, even fault analizer didn't show a partircular issue. This code operation is a simple cast from 4 bytes uint8_t buffer[] to uint32_t.

ProblemWhen running the simulation, the text resources are invisible. Additional notes:Q: Is the resource properly configured? A: Yes. I think so. Here's an example of the PressureString:Q: Is the simulator Locale configured to GB?A: Yes. I think so.Q: Do the fonts exist?A: Yes. I think so.Q: Has the code been generated properly?A: Difficult to tell, but I see the text initialisation  Versioning info:TouchGFX Designer version: 4.16.0

Hello,I am trying to use the DMA in burst mode to send data to a timer, to configure two PWM channels at every update event, but the DMA doesn't seem to write any data, however it doesn't trigger an error and triggers the transfer complete flag .I am trying it on a Nucleo-H723ZG, Tim8 CH3 on PC8 and CH4 on PC9. I have also a debug Pin on PC10I don't believe I have the usual memory problem with DCM: my data is at the address 0x24000020.I believe I configured everything correctly:#define K_LenBurst 16 uint16_t DataBurst[K_LenBurst];   void BurstInit(void) {   LL_DMA_SetMemoryAddress(DMA1, LL_DMA_STREAM_0,(uint32_t)DataBurst); LL_DMA_SetPeriphAddress(DMA1, LL_DMA_STREAM_0,(uint32_t)&TIM8->DMAR); LL_DMA_SetDataLength(DMA1, LL_DMA_STREAM_0,K_LenBurst);   LL_TIM_ConfigDMABurst(TIM8, LL_TIM_DMABURST_BASEADDR_CCR3, LL_TIM_DMABURST_LENGTH_2TRANSFERS);   LL_TIM_EnableDMAReq_UPDATE(TIM8); LL_TIM_SetAutoReload(TIM8, 150); LL_TIM_EnableCounter(TIM8); LL_TI

I need to provide 32kHz clock at MCO1 output pin on STM32MP157. I have successfully configured u-boot to provide this clock but as soon as kernel is started clock disappears. After some checks I have found that clock is disabled. My question is if it is possible to create device tree entry to force kernel to enable MCO1 output ?RegardsArkadiusz

My target device is a STM32G0B1VE which has PE but according to RM0444 Reference manual for STM32G0x1 chips the description of EXTI_EXTICRx register says that combination for PE is not present (reserved). Is it really no possible to use PE for an external interrupt? I don't have hardware yet so I cannot test it.

Is there any training available around FD CAN communications ?
