Hi guys,  This is my first topic and I hope this is the right section.I’m trying to connect the EVLSPIN32G0B2 evaluation board to the ST.LINK/V2 program tool connected to PC via USB.When I click on Connect on the STM32CubeProgrammer I get the error “ST-LINK error (DEV_CONNECT_ERR)”. Of course, when I do this I have the evaluation board connected to another usb port in order to supply the micro. Why doesn’t it works? I can’t find my error. I have another question: which is the program to be loaded on the EVLSPIN32G0B2 to make it working with Motor Pilor and be able to configure my brushless motor ? Thank youStefano EDIT:I didn’t mentioned that the ST-LINK is connected to the EVLSPIN32G0B2 via a cable coded ARM-JTAB-20-10 bought on Mouser Electronic’s site and it is connected to the RESERVED connector on the EVLSPIN32G0B2 board.

Good Morning.When I sending the time message request ($PSTMGETRTCTIME), through UART, the gps TESEO-LIV3F answers correctly.But when I try to configure it to send GPGGA & GNGSA messages every second, I doesn’t receive any answer from the GPS ($PSTMCFGMSGLOK or $PSTMCFGMSGLERROR).Respecting the software manual, I send following following message :"$PSTMCFGMSGL,0,1,00000042,00000000*6E\r\n";Is my configuration message wrong ? Thanks a lot.Sincerely,Vincent

Hello,I recently purchased the STEVAL-LLL005V1 evaluation board and I am currently preparing to use it for evaluation and testing.According to the ST documentation for the board, an Android application called Led Drawer is available for controlling the LED matrix through Bluetooth Low Energy.However, I could not find the Android application on the current ST website. I have also searched for it on the Internet, but unfortunately I have not been able to find a working or reliable download of the application.Since I have purchased the STEVAL-LLL005V1 board and the Android application is part of the functionality described in the official documentation, I would like to ask whether ST still has the original application available.If the application is still available internally, could you please provide the APK file by email or by another suitable download method?If the original application is no longer officially distributed, I would also appreciate it if you could let me know whether ther

Hello,I am having a problem connecting to an STM32F103C8T6 (Blue Pill) using an ST-LINK V2.The interesting thing is that this exact ST-LINK programmer was working correctly with both STM32CubeIDE and STM32CubeProgrammer before. I was able to program and debug the STM32 without any problems.Now, STM32CubeIDE gives me the following error when I try to start debugging: Failed to execute MI command:target remote localhost:61234cannot resolve name: The specified class was not found.I checked the Debug Configuration in CubeIDE, and the settings are:Debug probe: ST-LINK (ST-LINK GDB Server) Interface: SWD Host: localhost Port: 61234 Frequency: Auto Access Port: Cortex-M3 Autostart local GDB server: EnabledCubeIDE can detect the ST-LINK during the Scan operation, and it shows its serial number. I'm working on a touchscreen application and I'm looking into ways to protect the display surface from scratches and everyday wear.I'm curious whether anyone has tested a transparent protective film over an STM32-based capacitive touchscreen.In particular, I'd like to understand:Does the additional film thickness affect touch sensitivity? Can the adhesive layer interfere with capacitive touch detection? Does optical clarity remain good enough for a UI developed with TouchGFX? Are there recommended film materials or thicknesses for touchscreen applications? Hi, I ordered on rs-online memory M24M02E-UFMN6TP. The memory that I received has SMD marking 24M02FU (photo: https://ibb.co/gLCbX0vb). I was unable to lookup this marking on the st.com web nor in the M24M02E datasheet. The rs-online vendor also don’t know :). Can anybody verify that it’s the M24M02E, i.e. memory with the following datasheet: https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/m24m02e-u.pdf ? I need 2 MBit, up to 5 ms write. IMHO the suffix 'E' distinguishes the 5 ms memories from the 10 ms and I need to be sure it’s the 5 ms version of the memory. Thanks.

When running an LCD display project, the screen fails to turn on after I cut the power and turn it back on.It only comes on when I short the NRST and GND pins.I have a 10k pull-up and a 100nF pull-down connected to the NRST pin; what should I do?

Hello,I am trying to use the M95M04 as a SPI slave device from the ADI DS28E18 one-wire bridge. A picture has been uploaded to show the entire hardware setup. My main issue is that whenever I try to send data to the EEprom and then read that data back, I only get FF as a result. When setting write enable or write disable, the MISO line pulls low like would be expected and returns 00. I have used an oscilloscope with a bus decoder to ensure that the correct commands are being sent out of the DS28E18 to the M95M04, and they are. We never see the WIP bit go high, and we have tried many changes in both the hardware and the software. Our current hardware setup is based off of the schematic image I have posted, but there have been some modifications. C1001 has been changed to 10uF X7R, C1002 has been changed to 1uF X7R, and 10k pull-up resistors have been added on the S# and D pins. Hi. I built the PCB myself at home. While working, I noticed strange anomalies in the image. The anomalies are in different places and on different photos. I asked AI but didn't get a satisfactory answer. I tried reducing the frequency without any positive effect. I suspect ESD or power supply issues. The traces are very thin, 0.4 mm for power and 0.35 mm for data. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi,I struggled a while to find out why my STM8S I2C was always “Busy”.Even AI had some headaches (except only one put me on the track ...)This device requires to configure the definition of I2C pinout in special FLASH.To do this, compile your project and open ST Visual Programmer.Load your “My_project.s19” file. There are three TABS in the window: PROGRAM MEMORY, DATA MEMRORY and OPTION BYTE. Click on option byte, select AFR6 and change it for “I2C SDA SCK” instead of “AIN4 AIN5”. Save your “My_project.s19” file.When your will burn the device, it will write the new parameters in the FLASH and the device will always be configured for I2C. You do this exercise only once.Hope it will help ….
