Getting AI-generated responses from a variety of prompts is more accessible than ever. The accessibility and ease-of-use have also impacted the ST Community, as we have observed posts predominantly generated by AI. These guidelines are written to provide you with our current stance on generative AI. The ST Community does not allow the usage of generative AI to predominantly generate posts and replies. We depend on and trust our community users to provide original, verified replies and solutions (see ST Community Terms and Conditions, article 3.6.1, section h.)Generative AI cannot ensure a legitimate and factual answer, even though the presentation, language, and formatting may seem appealing and legitimate. This is also known as a “hallucination” meaning that the response seems coherent, but the actual content is not factual. In some cases, responses provided by generative AI can be harmful and unsafe. Therefore, the consequence of using generative AI is considered a deficit in the leg

The best way to find an answer quickly and effectively for your question is to make good use of the search tool available in the ST Community. Chances are that a question, which is similar (or identical) to yours, has already been asked - and answered. Other community members would be more inclined and happier to help you if they knew you had already done your homework and to tried finding an answer yourself before asking the question. Click on the search box at the top of the page and enter the terms most closely related to your question or issue. We recommend that you choose some keywords and try a few variations, as other members may have worded their question differently: As you type in your search terms, a list of existing questions and knowledge articles related to what you are typing appears below the search bar. Take a moment to scan these suggestions, as this will save you time. Your search results come up with a few different useful filters to help you scan the results. Cl

General tips1. Update your profile with your photo/avatar and update your nickname. In Biography tell us a bit about yourself. This helps other members identify you more easily, which will, in turn, lead to faster answers and more helpful conversations.2. Do your homework. Members of the ST Community enjoy helping contributors who have done some initial investigation into the problem. Search the community before posting and try all solutions already available.3. Remember that technical questions belong in the Product forums category.4. Do not post the same question in multiple areas of the community. This makes it harder for others to find answers and implies more effort for those trying to help you answer your questions. To maintain clarity and efficiency, duplicate content will be removed.5. Do not use all caps. It looks aggressive (like shouting!) for most users and can impact your likelihood of receiving an answer.6. "Bumping" a topic after 24 hours will not help you get an answer
