Hello everyone,Has anyone successfully used the "ST25R95 EMI FILTER CALCULATION.xlsm" spreadsheet?I'm currently trying to use it for tuning the matching network of an ST25R95 design, but it doesn't seem to work correctly on my side. As soon as I modify any parameter or use the reset function, all the graphs disappear and I can no longer obtain any meaningful results.At the moment, this tool would be very useful for optimizing the matching network, and without it I'm having some difficulties proceeding with the tuning process.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there a specific Excel version, macro setting, or workaround required to make the spreadsheet work properly?Any suggestions, advice, or alternative methods for tuning the matching network would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help.Marco

I have an stm cube project that usesSTM32H755ZIQ CMAKE ST-CLANG as compiler VS code with st pluging as IDEI want to add CMSIS DSP libraries, but it look like complete nightmare since there are bunch of topics for older versions and stm cube ide and some open, but not finished version for cmake/vs code.Is there an official instruction how to do it?I tried to add it as .pack from CMSIS and as X-CUBE-ALGOBUILD DSP library, but both did not compile

I am using an STM32 Nucleo-F746ZG board and trying to establish a TCP/IP connection between the board and my laptop. The laptop is configured as the TCP server using Hercules tool, while the STM32 board acts as the TCP client. I have configured static IP addresses, and I am able to successfully ping the STM32 board from my laptop, which confirms basic network connectivity. However, when I start the TCP server on the laptop using Hercules, the STM32 client is unable to establish a connection to the server.I attach code and .ioc configuration for reference.

After correcting the code for the printf prints, I no longer want to connect via ST-LINK to download the software to the MCU.So, I try connecting with the STM32CubeProgrammer to attempt to erase all the flash memory. Hi everyone!I have a project where I start, with the help of the Timer 3, three ADCs(ADC1, ADC2 and ADC4). Each of them samples 256 samples and then stops. Then I disable them and start a calibration process on all three ADCs.This is repeated with a frequency of 4Hz approx. Interesting thing is that after calibration I get very often different calibration values for ADC1, not really often for ADC2 and rarely for ADC4. Like this:60, 61, 6260, 61, 6261, 61, 6260, 61, 6260, 60, 6261, 61, 6261, 61, 6260, 61, 6260, 61, 62...Calibration is done with HAL function from ST. ADCs are turned of during calibration (ADEN = 0). Vref is external(3v) and it is stable, but I believe that offset calculation during calibration does not really use Vref voltage. Or it does?So I’m a bit confused. Is here some ADC guru of Yoda level?I appreciate any help.

Hello! I currently have several questions regarding STM8500 + STLD1 DC carrier communication. Please reply!   1: I send differential signals via STLD1, which are capacitively coupled at high voltage between DC48V and DC48V_GND, then received at the receiving end. Shouldn't be any issues, right? The theoretical transmission distance can reach 3km, right? Is there a more complete reference schematic design available? The schematic provided in the official manual is incomplete.   2: The STM32F401 communicates with the ST8500 via UART. Can I use the ST8500 simply by calling AT commands or API interfaces? I am working on an STM32 based robot controller using an STM32F4 series board. The system includes IMU, encoders, and multiple sensor modules. During vibration and movement, some jumper connections become unreliable. I am currently using standard Dupont wires for prototyping. However, repeated disconnects are causing unstable sensor readings. I want to move to more robust connector solutions for PCB to wire interfaces.I am confused about which connector types are best for pin based headers. Should I use JST, Molex, or locking header connectors instead of Dupont? What connector systems are commonly used in STM32 embedded designs?I also need something suitable for frequent assembly and maintenance.

This is a small feature request to fix an annoying quirk of the TouchGFX Designer.When opening the texts menu in the designer, all of the texts groups are expanded by default. In projects with many texts/groups, its tedious to collapse all of the groups or scroll to the bottom of the expanded groups. I think it would be better if either TGFX stored the state of the groups expansion OR collapsed them all by default.

Hello,I’m facing a strnge issue in the code generated by CubeMX for the STM32L496ZG.The project was imported in CubeIDE and compiled fine.but, as soon as HASH is activated the project no longer compiles and throws several hundreds of errors.CubeMX version is 6.17.0CubeIDE version is 2.1.1Looking at the errors, it appears that the HASH symbol is not defined, resulting in the associated code being grayed out.Regards

In many NetX Duo Ethernet sample projects, HAL_ETH_Start_IT() is not called depending onthe timing of the PHY link‑up. Good morning,I'm writing here to ask for help resolving a problem we're having with a custom board that uses a HYPERRAM bus and external RAM chip. Specifically, if Infineon S70KL1282GABHV020 memory is installed on the board, we can easily access byte/word/dword reads and writes, even at a 166MHz clock speed.Needing more external RAM, we installed the ISSI IS66WVH64M8DBLL-166B1LI chip (64MB).However, we can no longer access it properly. Specifically, if we try to access bytes at even addresses, the system seems to work. If we access odd addresses, however, we start to experience access errors. Hello guys,recently in my lab a new batch of STM32F401RET6U MCUs on Nucleo-64 boards is arrived (MB1136-F401RE-C04 SN K252502xxx). After I set these in the same hardware way of my old ones (i switch UART2 PINs PA2 (TX) and PA3 (RX) from the ST-LINK to the ST Morpho connectors desoldering SB13 and SB14 and soldering a 0Ohm on SB62 and SB63), and uploading a version of my firmware which today is still working properly on my old boards (MB1136-F401RE-C04 SN A204505xxx), it doesn’t run correctly for  the new ones. The main problem i notice in debug mode is that UART1 and UART2 sometimes work correctly and sometimes not (confirming also my hardware modifications when the lines are ok), while SPI2 which I use to communicate with the ethernet chip W5500 on my carrier board never works (even drastically lowering its frequency, and with the old boards it works at 21MHz), I2C1 line always seems to work properly. I have a laser engraver that runs on an ESP32 S2 Mini microcontroller. It has the following signature: “Espressif CDC Device” and emulates a COM-type serial port. I had two identical cables; if I connect my engraver to my PC via a serial program (NinjaTerm), I can control GRBL. I cut one of these cables, and they have four wires: VBUS, D+, D-, and GND. After crimping some connectors onto the ends of the wires and testing the cable connected to the port to distinguish between my D+ and D-, Now I’d like to put an STM32F411 (WeAct BlackPill v3.0) between my engraver and my PC to control my homemade Z-axis. The PC side is on a UART port of the STM32 connected to a CH340, and on the engraver side, a USB (D+/D-) CDC Host (Note: I’m not using the USB-C connector already soldered onto the BlackPill). Main program runs in Bank 1 Upgrade firmware is written to Bank 2 During the file copy process (from PC to the virtual UF2 disk), the USB connection drops unexpectedly (host resets the bus, captured by USB analyzer).However, if I connect the device through a USB Hub, the success rate improves dramatically.I understand that in dual-bank Flash architecture, erasing or programming Bank 2 should not interfere with: USB peripheral operation (running from Bank 1) AHB bus access Interrupt latency (if properly configured) But my test shows the opposite: Direct connection → frequent host reset Via Hub → mostly works fine Questions: What could cause the host to reset the bus when only the inactive Bank is being erased/programmed? Both nodes have been successfully provisioned and added to the same mesh network.However, I am unable to make them communicate correctly using only the ST BLE Mesh application. Hi all, I've a question.I created a new project and there I linked externally some user made modules with the command Import (Right click kn project name, then choose import, add the wanted modules and linked them into the project).I try to compile and everything was ok.Now my question: I need to exclude some files from compiling process, both in debug and release mode. I was able to exclude them by the command "Resource Configuration" but when I delete and import again the modules, and link them again to the project, I see that the compiling filters has been restored to default values meanwhile I need to keep the filters on everytime. There is a way to achieve this?
