I am following the very first step with STM32L562E-DK, to run a .bat file ..
But I received error: Initializing the option bytes failed
Same in CLI too..
How can I recover my board? any hardware reset?

I recommend you following the steps mentioned in the "​9.1.2 TZEN/RDP regression with a boot from RSS" section of the Arm TrustZone features for STM32L5 and STM32U5 Series application note.

Hi @Amit_Korgaonkar,
It may be a little late, but since there has been no reply in this thread, I thought my reply would help other people who come to this.
I had a NUCLEO-L552ZE-Q with a similar problem, Trustzone was enabled as well as RPD, and couldn't connect to it normally through the STM32CubeProgrammer with the same error as in the origin of this thread. I've followed @ChahinezC advice and looked at the document/section suggested. It worked, on the NUCLEO I think it's a little easier to set the BOOT0 pin to high on reset, but that did the trick. I was able to change RDP to Level 0 (option 0xAA) and disable TZEN option on User Configuration, reverting my STM32L55.
