STM32CubeIDE & MX integrated

Hi,
I have some problem with STM32CubeIDE, since when I start a new project everything works well as long as I delete the file:
"home/STMCubeIDE/workspace_1-13.1/.metadata/.plugins/.org.eclipse.e4.workbench/workbench.xmi".
However, when I exit the project, closing STM32CubeIDE, and I reopen it, recalling integrated MX, either a blank page or the MCU only is shown. I'm not allowed to do anything.
STM32CubeMX standalone works correctly, without problems.
I tried to find some solution online, nothing works but deleting the file indicated above and restart the project
Here's my system informations:

Hello @Fendo59

I suggest you to Completely uninstall STM32CubeIDE and delete any remaining configuration files/folders before reinstalling (this post explain this operation). This will clean out any corrupted settings. Than reinstall it.

Best regards.

Thanks for the reply.
I've already uninstalled with a purge and manually deleted the rest, reinstalled three times without success.
Now I try to uninstall ALL STM32 packages.
I hope for better luck.

Thank you

Uninstall all the STM32 SW and packages and than reinstall them well be a good idea I guess.

Best regards.

Now it's worse than before. I can't even accept the license...

I'm tired of this situation. Hours wasted for nothing!!

Make sure to install the tools with administrator privileges, "Run as Administrator".

Make sure that your directory path (repository name) doesn't contain special characters.

Best regards.

Don't work again.

I installed version 1.10.1 and it works fine. I want to try with 1.12.1
