.ioc init sequence.
I have cubeIDE v1.7.0, but uart3 is still initialised before DMA and this caused me hours trying to sort out a simple problem.

This was reported in another thread and I wrote a ticket about it at that time. It will be fixed in an upcoming release.

I think its been reported in various threads.
I thought it was easier for people to find this way, but maybe I'm wrong.

This is known issue and already reported in the Community.
This issue will fixed in the coming release of CubeMX v 6.4, that will be available by the end of this year.
