Cube MX connection issue

First let me thank you for posting.

After updating or installing STM32CubeMX, you will be asked to connect to your STMicroelectronics account to download the packages.

I suggest that you consult this Post , it shows how to set the network connection parameters for STM32CubeMX.

I have checked these options but I couldn't connect to the internet.

the next day I tried it started working without a change ,
