After connecting to STM32F411RE for debugging using ST-LINK/V2-ISOL, I am trying to write a program using CUBEProgrammer, but the following error occurs. If anyone knows the cause, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Hello @oren and welcome to the Community;

Try following the steps on this article: How to solve debugger connection issues - STMicroelectronics Community

Did you make any modification on the board?

Maybe your target does not have power. Try set power on the VDD.
