Refer: .lib Thyristor_SCR_Sxx65x_Sxx70x_A_SPICE_Model.lib, I created symbol for S6070W. When I simulate, I measure I_GT 45mA, for V source of 500V DC and load of 100 ohm, SCR is not turning ON. Only 3.5mA current is flowing through SCR.
