Posted on February 18, 2005 at 04:20I think your ADDRSELx and BUSCONx are correct. The most possible reason is your hardware or chip itself.
Also a problem you should notice is Port4. Please refer to the note of Table 7-4 in C167CR User's Manual v3.2. It says that ''If more than one function is selected for a Port 4 pin, the segment address takes preference over the CAN interface lines.''. So it is false that you use A20 to control ext. memory when CAN is needed. You may use CS3 or CS4 to control ext. memory.
