Hello,I'd like to get access to P2RAM to generate some sort of "Unique ID" between multiple ST25R3916 communicating with a single stm32 host Mcu.How to get Access & Read this memory ? i saw it was mentioned in the Datasheet but not elsewhere. Thank you,

Hello.I want to drive a BLDC motor with Steval ptool1v1 hardware.I loaded the example file (6S_Steval_ptool_1v1_HS_WM) into the MCSDK-WB, from which I generated the code (via cubeMX and CubeIDE).The motor doesn’t work despite all my attempts. Even though potentiometer speed control is included in the user manual as plug'n play(!), I see in the cube IDE it is not implemented. Moreover, I did not find an option in the MCSDK Workbench where this could be selected.I tried to figure out in the code how to implement it afterwards, but I couldn't figure out the solution. How could this be solved? Thanks in advance.Bela.

I tried disable ROP level 1 to level 0 by ST-LINK Utility and STM32CubeProgrammer, but it is not success. Thanks in advance.

In ethernet HAL driver stm32h7xx_hal_eth.c function void ETH_DMARxDescListInit include row: " WRITE_REG(heth->Instance->DMACRDTPR, ((uint32_t)(heth->Init.RxDesc + (((uint32_t)(ETH_RX_DESC_CNT - 1))*sizeof(ETH_DMADescTypeDef)))));"This code adding value to heth->Init.RxDesc. But, RxDesc is pointer to 32bit and added shift is multiplicated for 4.Correct row must be:" WRITE_REG(heth->Instance->DMACRDTPR, ((uint32_t)(heth->Init.RxDesc) + ((uint32_t)(ETH_RX_DESC_CNT - 1))*sizeof(ETH_DMADescTypeDef)));"

The enable boxed are there, but only for EXTI line 2, it's greyed out.

I updated to TouchGFX 4.19.0 -> 4.20.0 and get this linker error. I cannot figure out how to fix it. Everything compiles successfully, but linker fails.c:\st\stm32cubeide_1.2.0\stm32cubeide\plugins\com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.gnu-tools-for-stm32.10.3-2021.10.win32_1.0.0.202111181127\tools\arm-none-eabi\bin\ld.exe: C:\DEV\handheld-main-mcu\Middlewares\ST\touchgfx\lib\core\cortex_m7\gcc\libtouchgfx-float-abi-hard.a(PainterRGB565.o): in function `touchgfx::PainterRGB565::paint(unsigned char*, short, short, short, short, unsigned char) const': (.text._ZNK8touchgfx13PainterRGB5655paintEPhssssh+0x1a): undefined reference to `touchgfx::paint::rgb565::lineFromColor(unsigned short*, unsigned int, unsigned long, unsigned char, unsigned long)' c:\st\stm32cubeide_1.2.0\stm32cubeide\plugins\com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.gnu-tools-for-stm32.10.3-2021.10.win32_1.0.0.202111181127\tools\arm-none-eabi\bin\ld.exe: C:\DEV\handheld-main-mcu\Middlewares\ST\touchgfx\lib\core\cortex_m7\

I wish to know the external memory address(0x60000000 - 0x7fffffff) partitions. And I wish to learn more about memory mapping. So, if there anyone find the detailed document about memory mapping, please share it with me.

I want to read and write data from Flash via spi. I try some tutorial, He tell me to config and use some library.I do it but it don't work. MCU:STM32L496ZGT6Flash: S25FL128LAGMFB010

I tried both "Run Target" from TouchGFX Designer, and Cube IDE (Cube MX) compile / debug result is black screen. Compile, debug and run is without errors.

Dear, I have a STM32F446 connect trough QSPI the S25FL064L .I ask if there is the possibility using STLINK and STM32CubeProgrammer to program the S25FL064L .Tell me if there are other solutions to program the external memory trought the STM32F446 by a external programmer .Thanks

My code initialises the RTC using the standard CubeMX code but before setting the clock it tests for a valid year > 2018. This works perfectly and the time and date are preserved through resets of the uP. However, it appear that either the reset or the call to HAL_RTC_Init zeroes the fractions of a second stored in the RTC registers. This can be proven by repeated resetting the processor each time withing a second which causes time to stand still. Is there a solution to this so that the fractions of a second are preserved through resets and power cycles?Thanksstatic void MX_RTC_Init(void) {   /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 0 */ int up=RTC_SMOOTHCALIB_PLUSPULSES_RESET; int calibrate= -Option.RTC_Calibrate; /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 0 */   RTC_TimeTypeDef sTime; RTC_DateTypeDef sDate;   /* USER CODE BEGIN RTC_Init 1 */   /* USER CODE END RTC_Init 1 */ /** Initialize RTC Only */ hrtc.Instance = RTC; hrtc.Init.HourFormat = RTC_HOURFORMAT_24; hrtc.Init.Async

Hello, I have a stm32wb55 nucleo board,I want to know that whats is the logic behind that , In reference manual it says After a system reset, the MSI oscillator, at 4 MHz, is selected .Lets say I want to use HSI or HSE for specific application and I want to set SYSCLK, HCLKs and other clocks .How can I implement a code that configure HSI,HSE selection and SYSCLK etc. I want to do that using LL(low layer libraries). Thanks for your helps

The same question is applicable for other memory variants as well which belongs to the same family.

The Question (since this is a little long): Is there any known interaction between the WWDG timer and the bootloader located in System Memory? Is there any known differences in the F405 revisions that could have an interaction between the WWDG and bootloader?Hello, I'm working on a product that receives updates via the DFU bootloader. I have two batches of the same board received from the same manufacturer, and one batch is behaving strangely as I attempt to use this method to jump to the bootloader. The code is based off of this tutorial, and works flawlessly on older batches of the board. However, on a new batch, instead of jumping to system memory for DFU upload, the board will simply reset from the WWDG IRQ. The overall program feeds the WWDG every couple milliseconds, but by the time the program calls the SysMemBootJump() function, it should have disabled the RCC timers and the WWDG interrupt. In order to demonstrate the issue, I'll attach a sample project I made in CubeIDE that pr

Hi everyone! I m trying to compile my project but there is a problem. I use IAR as compiler and STM8S103XX. Why is that?

Hello,I am using BLE_OTA project for STM32WB55. I upload a bin file which is 350 kb using ST BLE Sensor. However, the upload speed is so lower for some phones. For example, it takes up to 450 seconds on some android phones while the others take 25 seconds. Is there any way to speed up?Thank you.Have a nice day.Serhat.

To test the Examples provided by TouchGFX Designer v4.20.0,I purchased the STM32F469I Discovery Kit.However, the TouchGFX Designer's Canvas screen is not loaded on the LCD screen.Downloading is perfectly completed. (Already I installed STM32CubeProgrammer v2.11.0 and I have experience in developing using STM32G071_NUCLEO board and X-NUCLEO-GFX01M1.)It seems to be related to UM1932 Chapter 6.2 32F469DISCOVERY prodct history. The board I have is (blue color pcb) DK32F469I@AU1 and MB1189-F469NIH6-B08But It seems that only (green color pcb) MB1189-F469NIH6-B07 is supported by TouchGFX Designer.Revision B-07 products are currently not purchasable.I'm in big trouble because It seems to be not supported by TouchGFX Designer. How can I test TouchGFX in DK32F469@AU1 Rev-B08 blue pcb board? Please help me....................................................................................................................................................For ST Empoyee1. When will the DK32F469

Hello everyone, I'm using BLE_Ota application for STM32WB55 (https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeWB/tree/master/Projects/P-NUCLEO-WB55.Nucleo/Applications/BLE/BLE_Ota) I can able to run the code successfully. In the OTA code, it erases the flash by Delete_Sectors function in App_BLE_Init. So, it means that the flash is erased when switching the OTA mode. However, I want to erase the flash only when the upload process is started and if the user doesn't start to upload new firmware in 2 mins, exit the OTA mode and switch back to the application.Could you please help me how to do?Best regards.Serhat.

I am trying to use SWV viewer but in Debugger option, there is no SWV options available. Is it because of some faulty pin configuration? Because i ran a blink led program and it's working fine. Just the SWV, i cannot enable.

Hi,I'm trying to control a LTE module (sim7600e) using an AEK-MCU-C4MLT1 with a serial protocol (UART). The goal is to transmit a simple AT COMMAND, by following these simple steps:Receive "PB DONE" by the LTE moduleTransmit the AT commandReceive an "OK"I have built a simple state machine in order to follow these simple steps, and I attach the code at the bottom.I have done 3 tests to see if the code works properly:1st: Connecting the Chorus 4M to the pc, using a USB adapter, and testing the code with docklight, by sending the responses manually (PB DONE and OK). In this case the code works and it is possible to see that the code enters in all the states.2nd: By trying to execute the exact same code with a NUCLEO F446RET6 connected to the LTE module. The communication works perfectly, without a single error.3rd: By connecting the Chorus to the NUCLEO and using this one's UART to send the responses, also this approach works very well. Then I tried to connect the Chorus 4M

Hi, I want to use STM32 Nucleo example "STM32F072_MB1303_DRP_SRCING_DEVICE" on my board that include 1x STUSB1602 + 1x STM32F072CBU6 (48-UFQFPN).(the example works with STUSB1602 + STM32F072RB (LQFP64))-What will be the easiest way to port the example to my board??modify the example or creating a new project and coping the relevant example files? Thanks,Maor

Hi! I'm using STM32CubeProgrammer v2.10.0 under Windows 10 Pro 21H2 x64 (Build 19044.1766) and when starting to flash devices in automatic mode, CubeProgrammer flashes normally the 1st device with messages only in the log, but starting with 2nd and further it outputs not only the log, but also a bunch of pop-up messages such as "Download verified successfully", "File download complete" etc. See the screenshot below. They all stackup on top of each other and it's impossible to use the software unless you close them all. One can certainly hold the Enter key to close them all really fast, but it is still very annoying.

Hi,When I power on my STM32MP157A-DK1 board, ST-LINK LED (LD4) is always red. On my Linux system when I connect the board through ST-LINK micro usb port (CN11), it is only detected as 'STM32 Virtual ComPort', and not detected as StLink device. And when I boot Linux, no activity on STM32 Virtual ComPort (/dev/ttyACM0).It seems that there is an issue with on-board StLink.Do you think this is a firmware issue that can be fixed or a hw issue? Thanks,Fatih

The SBSFU framework allows users to employ multiple image signing keys, ECCKEY1, ECCKEY2, and ECCKEY3.Is there a method to blacklist ECCKEY1 and replace it with ECCKEY4, which may be transmitted via a key replacement update package if the private key for ECCKEY1 is leaked/compromised?Keys are compiled into code and stored in the SE Key region ROM, which is secured by MPU-RX + WRP + PCROP.Please advise what options I have to replace the key which is compromised?Assuming bootloader enhanced to differentiate between .sfb and key replacement package.

Hello,I am new to STM32 MCU and right now using a 170MHz STM32G474 MCU for my project. I did a test today and found out the float number calculation speed of the MCU is quite slow.It takes 6.3us to finish the calculation in Fig.1. (I set a GPIO pin high before the calculation starts and set it to low after the calculation). ADC_Value[] is integer and the rest variables are float. The speed is just too slow to believe. The clock is set to be 170MHz. Am I missing something in the project setting (shown in Fig2 and Fig3)? Is this the real calculation speed for the MCU? I know that in TI C2000 DSP, we can include a Scalar Factor Optimizer Library header to speed up the float calculation (SFO_V8.h). Does the STM32 DSP have the similar headers? Thanks.
