Images used in the screens when TouchGFx project is created displays fine when the Binaries are loaded from TouchGFX ->Run Target. When the corresponding code generated for STM32cubeIDE is built and loaded on the board using STM32CubeProgrammer using the corresponding external loader the images are seen distorted.STM32Cube IDE version : V.10.0STM32CubeProgrammer : V2.11.0TouchGFX : 4.20.0Board : ETEMB043013XDHALProject that I used to create in TouchGFX is EVK043013B.I have copied the external loaders generated from TouchGFX from this path Drivers\vendor\Board\SE21098\Flashloader to the STM32CubeProgrammer path C:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\STM32Cube\STM32CubeProgrammer\bin\ExternalLoader.Also in STM32CubeProgrammer I have selected MT25QL256A_20210984A_EDT.stdlr.What could be causing this issue? The way the TouchGFX is built is different from STM32Cube IDE build?Am I using a wrong flashloader?

While attempting to enable the divide by zero floating point interrupt, I ran into an issue with the U5:All SYSCFG registers are RAZ/WI even though TZEN is 0 and system is in privileged mode Initially, a call was made to LL_SYSCFG_EnableIT_FPU_DZC to enable the floating point divide by zero interrupt. That does a read/modify/write of the SYSCFG->FPUIMR register.  When that had no effect, a deeper look was taken at accessing the SYSCFG register.Setup:NUCLEO-U575ZI-Q hardwareUsing built-in ST-Link and J-LinkAlso reproduced on STM32U575I-EV via ST-LinkSTM32CubeMxIDE 1.11SYSCFG registers examined with STM IDE debugger SFRs windowAll SYSCFG show as zero Examined programmatically with the same results.Memory browser window shows all zeroes as wellSYSCFG starts at address 0x46000400Multiple checks were made, some on first instruction after boot, some later in the program during SystemInit()Writing any non-zero value to SYSCFG->FPU_IE fails - the value stays at zero.Writes

When I try to set the pin PA3 the choice is ADC1-IN8And PA4 can be mapped to ADC1-IN9, but I need it GPIO_EXTI4. This is for the STM32L443CCT

Hello.I will try undestand how work plate 'B-G431B-ESC1', more precisely schema operational amplifier (on image).I have not understood, what does resistors R1, R2, R3 need on cicuit with getting current from shunt? What is the idea behind their work? And the formula for calculating the final gain? With resistors R5, R6 it is clear - they are internal and are selected when configuring the microcontroller for a fixed gain value (PGA).I would be very grateful for clarification!

It was hanging in many of the initiaization routines. There was a problem with the clock. I had an external 16 MHz crystal So I switched back to the internal and it got past that one for now. It got through MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_DMA_Init(); MX_ADC1_Init();It had a problem with TIM2 where it setup the GPIO for PWM. So I commented out the initialization for now. I find it is easier to debug if I can write out to the UART, then I have a written and saved states of variables, and it helps find problems quicker. Now I am on  MX_USART1_UART_Init();It appears to be failing on this one as soon as I single step out of the NVIC_EncodePriority inline function. /** \brief Encode Priority \details Encodes the priority for an interrupt with the given priority group, preemptive priority value, and subpriority value. In case of a conflict between priority grouping and available priority bits (__NVIC_PRIO_BITS), the smallest possible priority group is set. \param [in] PriorityGro

In the eLearning course 'STM32L4 Training' (community.st.com - Academy) there is an error in the content : when you open the section 'STM32L4 training: 02.4 - Hands-on CRC unit', it actually plays contents about I2C, not about CRC. Please correct this so I can complete the training. Thank you

According to the datasheet of the powerstep01 driver, a minimal baudrate of 5MHz has to be respected for the SPI interface. Is there any technical reason for that or can a lower (lets say <1MHz) baudrate be used for communication?

Is not a new installation of CubeMX v6.6.1, it has been working so far, untill today i try to File>New project.... and stays here forevertrying to unzip "cube-finder-db.zip"

Hello,I'm trying to setup interrupts using the user push button (B1) on the Nucleo-F429ZI board. The push button is connected to the microcontroller through the I/O line PC13.What I did is that I mapped the PC13 to the GPIO_EXTI15 in STM32CubeMX and enabled the NVIC interrupt for EXTI15_10. Then I regenerated the code which gave me the following function in main:static void MX_GPIO_Init(void) { GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};   /* GPIO Ports Clock Enable */ __HAL_RCC_GPIOC_CLK_ENABLE();   /*Configure GPIO pin : PC13 */ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_13; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_IT_RISING; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOC, &GPIO_InitStruct);   /* EXTI interrupt init*/ HAL_NVIC_SetPriority(EXTI15_10_IRQn, 0, 0); HAL_NVIC_EnableIRQ(EXTI15_10_IRQn);   }I call it in the main after initializing the clocks. However, after the function has been executed, pressing the button does not trigger an interrupt. I enabled interr

Hello all,I am developing a small reader with ST25R3912 and I can't use the RFAL library because I want to control it in the final application MCU STM8L. I was inspired by this discussion (https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009XkWIfSAN/register-settings-for-st25r3911b-for-iso-15693) and based on it I wrote a short test program that will try to read the UID from Tag (I only use tag 15693 - inside the ICODE SLIX chip). RF IC using 3.3V power supply and antenna is single sided (components recommended by STM25 Antenna Matching Tools)My ST25R3912 initialization looks like:WriteToSPI (0x00,0x8B);                  //IO configuration register 1 - address 0x00             // single side antenna, use RFO1, RFI1, 64 water level for recieve, 32 water level for transmit, 27.12 MHz Xtal, MCU CLK set 6.78MHz, no MCU

Is it possible to use Segger probes in STM32CubeProgrammer?Or is it planned in the future?

Heyho, has someone already tested the new HAL ethernet driver for F7 ?I have my F767 prototype up and running, raw lwIP with http server and PTP are working flawlessly. After having done lots of other driver and user interface via http / REST stuff, I finally have to get data streaming via ethernet (TX) running. The "old" HAL driver gave me a shock yesterday when I looked at it again after a few month:buffers are copied polling (really bad with TTSS on the TX side (getting PTP timestamp from hardware back into pbuf for PTP calculations) - which is mostly my fault because I added that)So I hope that the new ethernet driver is taking better care of these problems, or at least gives me a better source to copy/edit from.I really need the transmit rate close to 100M (I know that's not possible, but let the hardware get at least close to it, so that later on 50M will be no problem).... and off to check the new files...

Hello,I have configured my circuit to have a potentiometer and have set up an ADC with continuous conversion mode but I am unable to get a varied output. It just gets stuck on one value even thought I change the value of the potentiometer. Please helpI have attached my code below.MX_ADC1_Init(); /* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */ /* USER CODE END 2 */ /* Infinite loop */ /* USER CODE BEGIN WHILE */ while (1) {  /* USER CODE END WHILE */  HAL_ADC_PollForConversion(&hadc1,1000);   readValue = HAL_ADC_GetValue(&hadc1);  /* USER CODE BEGIN 3 */ }Thanks!

HI, am new to stm32f7, i used the examples in the HAL library for generating PWM signals. The Examples are working fine, but i tried to write my own code using the HAL to generate pwm . but none of is working. am using HAL version is STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.17.0 . please help me guys to solve this.

I am attempting to write to a ST25DV16KC part using a Feig LR1002. I first send the inventory command (0x01) then the write multiple blocks command (0x24).I am getting error 0x12 "The specified block is locked and its content cannot be changed "01/11/23 10:27:46.827 >> 02 00 09 FF B0 01 00 18 43 01/11/23 10:27:46.991 << 02 00 1D 00 B0 00 02 03 00 E0 02 51 00 02 56 4A A4 03 00 E0 02 23 00 18 89 2B 09 E3 00  OK01/11/23 10:29:26.068 >> 02 00 34 FF B0 24 01 E0 02 51 00 02 56 4A A4 00 08 04 04 03 02 01 70 60 00 05 0B A0 90 80 0F 0E 0D 0C 13 12 11 10 00 16 15 14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 18 18 01/11/23 10:29:26.077 << 02 00 0A 00 B0 95 12 00 94 29  Reader: ISO-Error

Hello,I am wondering if it is possible to record the actual raw audio samples directly from the line in?I tried to use the BSP example number three and stoped after recording the data. I recorded a sinus with 1 kHz. But when looking at the data most of them are 32768 and some few data are around 9000. Is this some kind of audio coding? Or what do I need to do, to see my acual sinus wave in my samples at this point? Thanks!

ADC conversion of 3 channels (where DMA requests are performed in continuous mode) is triggered by Timer 3 Trigger out event. Timer 3 is made to follow a PWM generated by Timer 17 by assigning Timer 17 CCR1 to Timer 3 ARR. To validate the ADC readings, we tried varying Timer 17 PWM from 100 to lower values like 20. While doing so, I noticed that ADC readings are not proper and it varies in opposite direction after crossing a certain duty cycle of 50.I have configured the ADC and timers using CubeMX and later used HAL library.Your help and support is greatly appreciated.Relevant code:ADC initialization hadc1.Instance = ADC1; hadc1.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_SYNC_PCLK_DIV4; hadc1.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_12B; hadc1.Init.DataAlign = ADC_DATAALIGN_RIGHT; hadc1.Init.ScanConvMode = ADC_SCAN_ENABLE; hadc1.Init.EOCSelection = ADC_EOC_SEQ_CONV; hadc1.Init.LowPowerAutoWait = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.LowPowerAutoPowerOff = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.C

Hello. We are working on a project that uses STM32H747 dual-core MCU.The ST-Link firmware is updated to the latest version, so debugging is not working well.So I'm going to lower it to the version I used before, but I can't download it. The lowest available version is J36.I would like to know how to download the J32 version.Thank you.

I get the following error when trying to include a .h file into Model.cpp

Hello, I am new and I am starting to program the STM32 with the help of the Nucleo 144 board and STM32CubeID.If I do a Clear Pinouts from the IDE, all the micro pins turn gray. I understand that they lose their configuration, including the TCK and TMS pins that are connected to the ST_LINK_V2 programmer/debugger. However, I can program the micro anyway... as it is possible? What does Clear Pinouts really do?Thank you
