CubeMX RTC Code Generated Not Working

Hi,

I'm new STM32L072 (Discovery Kit) and I had generated a code to run the RTC using the LSI Clock and displaying the values via UART2 but the RTC values are not incremented even if rest button is pressed, Then I deactivated the calendar and observed the values via UART2 and the output is same but when i reset the board then RTC value is getting updated as shown in below, please anyone suggest me to solve the issue.

I don't know why this is occurring, I don't use CubeMX, and really have little context here to work with, the code and settings of the RTC would be where I'd start.

Thanks for the reply, I had attached the initialisation code of the RCC and RTC. As i'm new to this MCU i tried all possible ways but still i'm facing same issue.
