This line caught my eye. uint16_t ADCACTValue; HAL_ADC_Start_DMA (&hadc1, (uint32_t *)ADCACTValue, 1); HAL_ADC_Start_DMA(...) takes a pointer as the 2nd argument. ADCACTValue is not an array. The 2nd argument should be (uint32_t*)&ADCACTValue .
