I actually found the issue and maybe you can add it in the next versions of the UM.The Data and Code Cache should be enabled prior to the Init of PSRAM to be able to make proper Writes.

Thanks for you reply! Yes it does correctly.The point here is that we want to use the PSRAM for code execution + Heap. With this happening, it seems impossible.

Hello @bCebesoyatMertech ,I think the issue relates to the performance of the mcu. The frame buffer here is quite big = 24bit*800*480/8 = 1.1Mb compared to 16bits*800*480/8=768kb. I am not sure if this mcu has the chrom art, but you need a HW acceler...
