Hi,Adding few comments, if pin count is most critical we do have 128Mb QSPI DDR supported by STM32H72x/3x, improving BW at low pin count but this is WLCSP, so not most easy to assy.Regarding Octal RAM all density (64Mb ~512Mb) can be supporting in BG...
Yes, there are a documented limitation for supporting Quad SPI SDR memorry mapped write on STM32H723. OCTAL SPI Memory controller is full spec. Newer MCU have this QSPI limitation solved.Alex
STM32H7B0 won't support QSPI SDR (SOP8) memory mapped write, but fyi all following will : STM32L5, STM32L4P5/Q5, STM32U575/585, STM32H5, STM32U59x/U5Ax, STM32U5Fx/U5GxSTM32H7Rx/SxAlex
Hi, which memory PN are you looking for ?Let me just remind that STM32H7B0 supports OPI (APS6408L)... and QSPI DDR (APS12808O-DQ) full spec but have a memory mapped write limitation for QSPI SDR (APS6404L...)ThanksAlex PS: Overview of IoT RAM (QSPI, ...
Hi, Good to hear, I can't comment much about specific for HyperRAM. If competiveness is important, I can just advice to look at APMemory products, APS12808L-3OBM-BA, this is compatible device on your BGA24 PCB footprint.RegardsAlex
