This could be the same issue as described in
https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X0000B41tlASQQ/stm32h743-hsi-frequency-waaaayyy-off
So in
LL_RCC_HSI_SetCalibTrimming(16);
16 is wrong and should be 64 (or maybe different for STM32F072xb).
