The project has not changed anything. If you comment __MPU_PRESENT in the file ", then all OK. Where in CubeMX you can configure options MPU (enable, disable)?

Can you try with 6.0.0 version. In your project it's not a good idea to add the Device startup component as it has been generated by CubeMX.

If you want to use the ARM CMSIS Pack, you need to take care of which components you want to use.

CMSIS Pack conflicts with CMSIS files coming with STM32 MCU package.
